Castlegar’s new city councilor was sworn in at a ceremony at Monday’s council meeting.
Arry Dhillon had a cheering section on hand.
Dhillon was happy to get that “first step” out of the way.
He won last month’s civic by-election by just ten votes to claim the seat at the council table.
