Arry Dhillon to step into city councilor role tonight

A new Castlegar city councilor will be sworn in tonight.

Arry Dhillon, who won last month’s civic by-election by 10 votes, will sit in on his first council meeting today.

He fills a vacancy left by the sudden passing of Kevin Chernoff in May.
