October was a record setting month in terms of rain in our region.
Ron Lakeman with weather services at the Southeast Fire Centre says only June 2012 was wetter than last month.
There were 22 days of measurable precipitation which also sets a record.
The wettest day was the 13th when 42 millimeters of rain accumulated.
The temperature got to a high of 18 degrees on the 1st, the record for October is 27.2.
