A $7 million upgrade to Washington Street in Rossland is finished.
Mayor Kathy Moore says the project was boosted with grants from the federal and provincial governments, ICBC, and Bike BC.
There is a ribbon cutting ceremony Thursday at 12:30 at 2nd and Washington.
