A ceremony next week to rededicate the Memorial Centre plaque in Trail.
Legion past president Rob Reilly says it will recognize the many contributions made by women during the second world war.
Reilly says they hope to have a number of female veterans on hand for the ceremony.
It goes Tuesday afternoon at 1 at the Memorial Centre’s main foyer.
