A transformation of Trail’s Crown Point Hotel is in the works.
As part of that mayor Mike Martin says the city has agreed to a letter of intent with BOAZ Enterprises to sell city-owned property on the Esplanade for $205,000.
The land sale is expected complement the development.
BOAZ principal Brian LeRose says they’re committed to making Crown Point a boutique hotel.
