The City of Castlegar will allow the owner of a 2nd Street property a little longer to remove debris after a building was demolished.
In May the building caught fire and the city tore it down as it was deemed unsafe.
The city told Connie Vecchio the rubble has been problematic.
The city granted Vecchio an extension.
Removal must begin by October 17 and be finished by October 31.
