It seems enrollment projections in the Kootenay-Columbia school district were lower than what this year’s numbers actually are.
This from superintendent Bill Ford.
He says the numbers aren’t official yet, they’ll be ready next week, but it looks encouraging.
Ford says it looks like the district is up 42 students.
He adds kindergarten enrollment this year has been very high.
