Larry Plotnikoff returns to area as Montrose CAO

A familiar face in the Lower Columbia region has taken the top job with the Village of Montrose.

Larry Plotnikoff worked with Trail’s Parks and Recreation department for nine years before moving to Merritt in 2010.

He started his new job as CAO for Montrose in July.

He says one of his main goals is to secure funding to fix the village’s aging infrastructure.
