The City of Castlegar’s website will be redesigned in the coming weeks.
The city has awarded a contract to Weld Interactive to handle the work for just over $27,000.
$40,000 had been set aside for it.
The city says only one local bid for the job came in from Nelson but it wasn’t low enough.
The redesign will help the site become easier to navigate and read on mobile devices.
