Ongoing maintenance has caused the decorative lighting project for the Victoria Street Bridge in Trail to go over-budget.
The city says there has been some issues with securing the lights to their arches.
Installation of lock tight to mitigate tge issue will take place before the fall.
The lighting project was budgeted at $510,000 but the city has had to spend an additional $41,000.
