A new regional SPCA facility being planned in Castlegar won’t include a veterinary service.
But CEO Craig Daniell says an earlier proposal to build the facility in Trail also didn’t include the service either.
Trail Mayor Mike Martin wants to re-open dialogue with the SPCA with regards to building the facility at Waneta Junction.
But Daniell says Castlegar is their focus.
