Steve Hoodicoff was one of only four firefighters in BC to successfully complete the mayday course hosted by Canwest Fire Services in Oliver.
He excelled in the Ghost Survivor Maze.
Ninety-six firefigthers took part in the maze challenge.
He says the professional level of training he receives at the Robson Fire Department helped him succeed with confidence.
