A big step in the Riverfront Centre Museum-Library project in Trail.
Mayor Mike Martin says the city is seeking bidders to construct the facility.
The tender period closes August 26th.
Martin hopes to break ground on the project by September.
It’s earmarked for completion in November 2017.
