Castlegar and Trail will be going head to head in the 2016 national edition of Communities In Bloom in the Class Of Champions category.
Trail Bloom Chair Dan Rodlie says the Kootenay cities will be up against Beaumont, Alberta and Charlottetown, PEI.
Judges are currently touring Castlegar and will be in Trail from Friday through Sunday.
