Trail set for downtown Phase 2 work

Phase 2 of the Victoria Street Corridor Project in Trail will be a lot more aesthetically pleasing for residents.

This from Events and Communications co-ordinator Andrea Jolly as this stage of the construction begins Monday.

She says it is the finishing touches from last year’s work.

 

Jolly explains while there were plenty of traffic delays last year residents didn’t really see the end results because it was all underground work.

She adds there’ll be some lane closures on Victoria St causing minor traffic delays.

The work is expected to be finished the week of August 14th.
