No TMC drop off decision yet

There are a lot of elements to consider in planning a more accessible entrance to the Trail Memorial Centre.

This from councillor Lisa Pasin.

The city has decided to defer any decisions on constructing the new drop-off zone until more engineering information can be provided and reviewed.

City council has looked at a few potential choices for the upgraded entrance.

The option they prefer features a ramp with too steep of a slope and council fears that it could cause problems for those with mobility issues.

Pasin feels the city is on the right track and is confident a solution can be reached.
