ARES PAC not comfortable with CEC programs relocating

he Adam Robertson Elementary PAC strongly opposes the proposed closure of the Creston Education Centre.

Chair Greg Wanke made this clear to SD 8 trustees at last night’s public hearing.

He says the proposed amalgamation of programming between ARES and the centre schools won’t work.


Wanke is referring to the district’s plan to relocate the Wildflower, Homelinks and Strong Start programs to ARES.

80 plus people attended the meeting.
