5 year deal for Border Bruins coach

After a successful season the Grand Forks Border Bruins have resigned their head coach and general manager on a long-term basis.

This after taking the team to their first playoff appearance in nineteen seasons the team will bring Emery Olauson back for another five years.

Bruins president Dan Koftinoff is excited for Olauson’s return and speaks to the importance of the new deal.

Olauson was named coach of the year for the Neil Murdoch Division and KIJHL last season.
