Creston Mayor mixed on marijuana revenue share

Creston’s Mayor says he supports a call for BC municipalities to petition Ottawa for a portion of future revenue from legalized marijuana sales.

However, Ron Toyota says it’s too soon to pinpoint exactly where that money should go.

The resolution, from the Association of Kootenay Boundary Governments, recommends it is funneled down to various programs.
