Rezoning app next at Nelson's Landing

Now that the Nelson Landing waterfront project has won approval for its first phase what’s next?
Allard Ockeloen of Storm Mountain Development says they’re going to submit a rezoning application.
In the meantime he’s optimistic they’ll pre-sell six units in the first eightplex so construction can begin.
Last week City Council granted a series of variances so the first phase could begin but with some conditions.
Ockeloen says he’s fine with them.
