Citizen Satisfaction Survey on hold

Creston residents will have to wait until next year to do the Citizen Satisfaction Survey.

Under a council policy, one is conducted every three years.

Councillors approved the deferral request from town staff.

Here’s Town Manager Lou Varela.

Varela says the survey has proven to be a helpful tool for budget and policy decisions but waiting a year won’t negatively impact the process or results.
