2 local lawyers named provincial court judges

Two local lawyers have been appointed as BC provincial court judges.

They are Nelson’s Philip Seagram who worked as Crown Counsel and Robert Brown who was a partner with a law firm in Trail.

In addition to his career as a Crown Prosecutor, Seagram has also worked in private practice and has been a member of the Mental Health Review Board.

Brown, a partner at Thompson, Lerose and Brown, has gained significant experience as an agent for the Public Prosecution Service of Canada.
