Community coroners needed in our area

If you think you can handle a job that focuses entirely on dead people, then the BC Coroners Service would like to hear from you.

Spokesperson Barb McLintock says they’re looking for a number of part-time community coroner positions across BC, including in our immediate area.

You’ll need to be able to cope with upset family members and work with a team of others.

McLlintock says the pay of $25 an hour isn’t an attraction as much as the important community service coroners provide in death investigation.
