Call for consultation ahead of GF meter roll out

A last ditch plea for more public education and community dialogue on water conservation in Grand Forks.

Resident Donna Semenoff has spearheaded the push against the plus-million dollar water metering program set to be rolled out this year.

She says door-to-door education and community info sharing on conservation is the right approach instead of the meters which she says have been forced on the public.


Semenoff also has doubts about the impact on conservation from meters saying even the city has produced conflicting stats on how much can really be saved.
