Election candidate withdraws from race

The federal election picture in Kootenay Columbia is back to a 4-horse race.

The Libertarian Party candidate Christina Yahn from the Slocan Valley has withdrawn.

She announced that her resignation was due to “personal reasons.”

She did not go into specifics but said she looks forward to future political endeavours when she is able to participate.
