The City of Trail will wait until the new Riverfront Centre Library-Museum is open before worrying about filling the old library at the Memorial Centre.
Councillor Lisa Pasin says this will let them focus on some infrastructure projects.
She says nobody has come forward with ideas to fill the area yet.
