The countdown is on for the class of 2017 for our two local high schools.
Jl Crowe and Stanley Humphries Secondary Schools are holding their grad ceremonies tomorrow.
Humphries valedictorian Simran Jot started at the school in grade 8.
SHSS’s ceremony starts at 5 pm at the Selkirk College gym.
The following day is the grand march and dry grad.
Meanwhile the valedictorian of Trail’s JL Crowe Secondary School hopes his speech resonates with his fellow graduates.
Graham Deane speaks to the class of 2017 at tomorrow’s ceremony.
He hopes to head to Vancouver Island to work towards a degree in engineering at the University of Victoria.
The ceremony happens at 6 pm at the Cominco Arena
