The Nelson campground and tourist site is getting some love and attention.
It’s a key revenue driver for the local youth centre.
Interim Manager Paula Kiss says they need it to be more professional if they’re to boost income.
It generated around $55,000 last year.
The showers and ventillation in the main building will also be upgraded.
Kiss says they also plan to upgrade the outside of the youth centre building to better reflect the extensive work that has happened inside.
