The Chair of the Kootenay Lake School Board says trustees have heard Winlaw residents loud and clear.
Lenora Trenaman calls the turnout of about 400 people at last week’s board meeting impressive.
Winlaw Elementary has been targeted for possible closure with students to be sent to WE Graham in Slocan.
Trustees won’t be in decision-making mode until July 5th.
