The Parks And Recreation department for the City Of Trail is taking a more organized approach to maintaining their sports fields.
Patrick Gauvreau is the Roads And Grounds Superintendent.
He says a document has been drafted to help monitor and assess the sports fields in the city.
This was prompted from the closure of a popular playing space for soccer last year.
He says the document outlines what role each department will play in maintaining these areas.
He says Haley Field is looking great and has been reopened for soccer and other user groups.
