It’s happening a few years late but the major revitalization of one of Rossland’s busiest streets starts next week.
Mayor Kathy Moore is speaking to the six month Washington Street upgrade that is going ahead thanks to a plus $2 million grant they secured recently.
The big focus is on the deep water and sewer lines that need replacing but there will also be new sidewalks, bike lanes and re-paving.
